Mr. Garrison has served as our Chief Operating Officer since September 2022. Prior to that, he served as Centennial Resource Development’s Chief Operating Officer. From October 2016 until he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in April 2020, he served as Centennial’s Vice President of Geosciences. Mr. Garrison previously served as Division Exploration Manager for EOG Resources, Inc. in its Midland Division from 2014 to 2016, where his primary responsibilities included the Exploration and Development of the company’s Delaware Basin assets, as well as the geologic assessment of EOG’s acquisition of Yates Petroleum in 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Garrison was a senior project geologist responsible for the development of EOG’s Delaware Basin assets. Mr. Garrison also worked in EOG’s Fort Worth Division as a project geologist from 2007 to 2011, focused on both the Barnett gas play in Johnson County and the Barnett combo play in Montague and Cooke County. Mr. Garrison received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University and his Master of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University.
