Earlier in his career, from 1981 to 1994, Mr. Perry served as an attorney at Cooley LLP, and was a partner of the firm from 1987 to 1994. Mr. Perry currently serves on the board of directors of Nvidia Corporation, a visual computing company, as the lead independent director, and MyoKardia, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, as the non-executive chairman of the board. Mr. Perry received a B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of California, Davis.
