Erik Blachford Biography and Net Worth

Erik Blachford serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Blachford has served as a venture partner at TCV since March 2011. He served as the Executive Chairman at Couchsurfing International, Inc., a hospitality exchange and social networking company, from August 2014 until August 2015, and Executive Chairman of TerraPass, Inc., a carbon offset company, from September 2009 to June 2014. Mr. Blachford served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Butterfield & Robinson Travel, a luxury tour operator, from September 2009 until January 2011 and as Chief Executive Officer of TerraPass, Inc. from January 2005 to April 2007. From January 2005 to April 2007, Mr. Blachford was an active independent investor in a variety of early stage private companies.
