Until September 2024, Mr. North served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Lazydays Holdings, Inc., a U.S. based public corporation and a retailer of recreational vehicles, since joining in September 2022. Prior to joining Lazydays, between 2020 and 2022, Mr. North served as Chief Financial Officer of Copart, Inc., a global reseller of automobiles and member of S&P 500. Previously, between 2017 and 2020, Mr. North served as the Chief Financial Officer of two Fortune 500 public companies: Avis Budget Group, Inc., and Lithia Motors, Inc., the largest automotive retailer in the United States.
