James Bozzini is the chief operating officer of Workday, a position he assumed in January 2017. 

Workday, one of the world’s leading providers of cloud applications for HR, finance, and planning, first brought Bozzini on as their executive vice president of customer operations in 2007. In his current role as COO, Bozzini is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the company’s business practices and processes. Additionally, he oversees Workday’s business technology organizations and business innovation office.

Before beginning at Workday, Bozzini served as the COO of Evolve Software, where he worked in the areas of sales, marketing, services, and product development.
