Our business is digitally led and service enabled, fulfilled by a low cost, efficient and totally integrated operating model. With over 5 million online customers, almost two thirds of all sales emanate in the digital space. However, as 98% of sales are fulfilled directly from our physical estate this ensures that we benefit from digital growth without digital dilution.
