Sara joined WEX in 2021, bringing the company nearly 15 years of experience in managing legal teams for global companies. As Chief Legal Officer of WEX, Sara is responsible for overseeing the Company’s legal functions including securities, corporate governance, regulatory, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.
