Mr. Davis served as President and CEO of Make-A-Wish America, a nonprofit organization, from 2019 until he retired in November 2022. He is the former Executive Chair and former CEO of U.S. Bancorp, parent company of U.S. Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in the United States. Mr. Davis served as Executive Chair from December 2007 to April 2018, CEO from December 2006 to April 2017, and held various other executive positions at U.S. Bancorp, including President and Chief Operating Officer. During his career, he has served as Chair of the Financial Services Roundtable, Chair of the Consumer Bankers Association, Chair of The Clearing House, and representative for the Ninth District of the Federal Reserve, where he was President of its Financial Advisory Committee.

Mr. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of Mastercard Incorporated (since June 2018) and Dow Inc. (since 2015), including service as Dow’s Lead Director (since April 2021) and Audit Committee Chair. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Mayo Clinic.
