(“Baptist Health”), the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in South Florida, with 10 hospitals, a network of more than 50 outpatient facilities and one of the nation’s largest international programs. Under his leadership, Baptist Health implemented transformational technologies throughout its organization and has been rated among Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” in America. Mr. Keeley is a former member and board chair of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee.
