Katz joined Voya (then ING U.S. Financial Services) in 2004. Before joining Voya, he served in a variety of financial reporting and planning roles at Aegon.

Katz is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Pennsylvania State University. He is also the Executive Sponsor for Voya’s LGBTQ & Allies Council.
