Jakki L. Haussler serves as the non-executive chairman of Opus Capital Management LLC, since June 2019, an investment advisory firm that she co-founded in 1996. Prior to serving as the non-executive chairman, Ms. Haussler was the Chief Executive Officer of Opus Capital Management LLC from 1996 until 2019. Ms. Haussler serves on the Board of Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B) since July 2021, where she serves on the compensation and management development committee, Service Corporation International (NYSE: SCI) since May 2018, where she serves on the audit and investment committees, and Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (NYSE: INGM) since October 2024, where she serves on the nominating and corporate governance committee.
