In his role, he oversees the long-term growth of international markets for Valvoline, the development and management of Valvoline’s OEM relationships, and the expansion of the retail business model outside North America.
Muashsher had previously served as vice president of marketing, digital and customer experience for the Core North America business segment’s installer channel since 2016. He joined Valvoline in 2014 as senior director of marketing, overseeing brand equity, advertising, digital promotions and brand communications for Core North America’s do-it-yourself (DIY) business. Before Valvoline, he was at The Procter & Gamble Co., where he worked on brand and P&L management, brand strategy, brand equity, innovation, digital media, organizational design and development, customer experience, and entertainment marketing.
Muashsher has extensive experience with non-profits, including serving on several boards and co-founding an organization in 2000 focused on community and leadership development.
A native of Cincinnati, he holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in business administration from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.
