His responsibilities included managing mergers and acquisitions, resolving both domestic and international disputes, overseeing corporate governance, and providing general business advice. After Vertex became a standalone company, Nance established and led its compliance program.
Prior to Vertex’s divestiture from L3Harris, Nance served as Senior Director of Legal and Contracts for L-3 Vertex Aerospace. He joined L-3 in 2006 as an attorney, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics, a Juris Doctorate, and an MBA, all from Baylor University.
