Wes has over 35 years of experience working in poultry and consumer sales. He first joined Tyson Foods in 1999, holding several leadership positions including group vice president of consumer products, last serving as President, Prepared Foods Operations, from 2013-2017 until his retirement in 2017. Since 2020 Morris has worked with Tyson Foods as a consultant.

Wes returned to the poultry industry as Chief Financial Officer for Simmons Foods from 2018 to 2019 following his retirement, then worked as a consultant for Tyson Foods’ poultry business from 2020-2022. Prior to joining Tyson, he held various sales and sales management roles at Dial Corporation, Andrew Jergens Company and Acosta Brokerage.
