Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Two Harbors Investment

Nicholas Letica is our Chief Investment Officer and has served in that capacity since joining the firm in 2022.  Mr. Letica previously served as a Managing Director at TD Securities where he was Co-Head of Securitized Products Sales and Trading and led the securitized trading business, from 2018 to 2022. From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Letica held the role of Managing Director / Senior Portfolio Manager at Cello Capital Management where he managed hedge fund portfolios of mortgage-backed securities. Previously, Mr. Letica was a Managing Director in sales at Citigroup Global Markets in the Global Securitized Markets division.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Letica also served in leadership roles in mortgage-backed securities trading at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Securities, and Bear Stearns among others. Mr. Letica holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
