Tricia Plouf has served as our Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer since May 2016. Prior to her current appointment, Ms. Plouf served as our Vice President, Controller, from October 2012 to May 2016. Previously, Ms. Plouf served as the SEC Reporting and Compliance Manager at Concur Technologies, a provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions, from July 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, Ms. Plouf was an Audit Manager at KPMG, a public accounting firm, focusing on public companies. Ms. Plouf holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Seattle University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
