Olivier Kohler Biography and Net Worth

Olivier Kohler is executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) for TriNet, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience for more than 16,000 clients and more than 300,000 worksite employees. As COO, Olivier leads the company’s technology and customer experience organization. Olivier, who joined TriNet in 2018, was appointed executive vice president in April 2020 and COO in March 2019. He has earned a reputation as a high-impact business leader with an exceptional record of leading and transforming multi-billion-dollar global businesses. Before joining TriNet, he was COO for the investment management firm Bridgewater Associates.

Prior to Bridgewater, Olivier was chief administrative officer and senior vice president for Cisco Systems, where he led the company’s digitization efforts and managed the Global Business Services unit. He and his team delivered innovative and integrated global services that helped enable Cisco's growth and innovation, as well as the transformation of the company’s future operating model.

Olivier served in senior leadership roles with Hewlett-Packard, where he was most recently global head and general manager for the company’s Enterprise Strategic Alliances organization. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of Sales Operations. Over the course of nearly 28 years at Hewlett-Packard, Olivier gained extensive experience across diverse business units and held a number of strategic sales, services, operation, technology and finance positions in the U.S. and Europe. Olivier holds degrees in accounting and computer science, as well as Business Management, from École Supérieure de Commerce in Switzerland. He is fluent in English and French.
