Tilly Levine is the co-founder and vice president of vendor relations for Tilly’s, a popular American retail company.

Levine started Tilly’s in 1982, and she has served as its VP of vendor relations since its inception. She founded Tilly’s, originally called World of Jeans and Tops, with her ex-husband, Hezy Shaked. Shaked renamed the store after his wife, and even after their divorce in 1989, Levine continued to work for the company. Tilly’s went public in 2012, raising $124 million.

Since its inception, Levine has been passionate about the company’s philanthropic efforts, specifically aiding disadvantaged children and teens. By starting the Tilly’s Charity Golf Tournament, Levine donates proceeds to organizations like Boys and Girls Town, Casa Youth Shelter, the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

In 2005, Levine founded two Tilly’s Baby Homes in Trabuco Canyon, and in 2012, she founded the Tilly’s Life Center (TLC). TLC programs help empower teens through organizations like Samueli Academy at Orangewood Children’s Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, CHOC Hospital, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Levine said her dream is to see teens nationwide benefit from the life skills gained through TLC. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, golfing, travelling, and spending time with her family.
