Prior to his roles at Columbia Pipeline Group and NiSource, Mr. Skaggs held executive leadership positions at Columbia Gas of Ohio and Columbia Gas of Kentucky (President), Columbia Gas Distribution Companies (Chief Financial Officer and Chief Regulatory Officer), Commonwealth Gas Services (President), and Columbia Energy Group (Vice President, Regulatory Affairs).
