Prior to Amazon, he worked for Washington Mutual/JP Morgan Chase leading Payments finance and FP&A functions, and previously worked in the wireless and financial services industries. Grayson graduated with a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Washington and has an MBA (with honors) from the University of Southern California.
Grayson is currently based in Seattle where he lives with his wife and two children.
