Mr. Kozlov currently serves as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Georgia to the Philadelphia region.

Mr. Kozlov has also served as counsel to the board of directors of US Healthcare, Inc.
Mr. Kozlov was appointed by the president of the United States to be a member of the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy & Negotiations, having served in that role from 2002-2005. He has served as a member of the Finance Committee of the Republican National Committee, and has also served as a finance chairman and general counsel to the New Jersey Republican Party. Mr. Kozlov was, in 2008, a National Finance Co-Chairman of the Romney for President Committee.
Mr. Kozlov is admitted to the practice of law in both New Jersey and Colorado, is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is identified in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers, and has a New Jersey Super Lawyers enumeration (2005-2013 and 2018-2020). Mr. Kozlov graduated from Temple University with a B.A. degree in 1969 and graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1972, which has identified and honored him as an outstanding graduate.
Mr. Kozlov has served as a member of the board of trustees of Cooper Hospital University Medical Center and the New Jersey State Aquarium, Camden. He has likewise served as an officer of and New Jersey counsel to the Delaware River Port Authority, the bi-state agency created by the Congress to govern transportation between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
