Kenneth C. Dahlberg served as Chief Executive Officer of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a research and engineering firm specializing in information systems and technology, from November 2003 through September 2009, and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAIC from July 2004 until his retirement in June 2010. Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Dahlberg served as Executive Vice President of General Dynamics where he was responsible for its Information Systems and Technology Group and prior to that served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Systems. Mr. Dahlberg is also a director of Parsons Corp., an engineering, construction, technical and management services firm. From 2011 through May 2017, Mr. Dahlberg was a director of Motorola Solutions, Inc., a provider of mission critical communication products and services. Its Engineered Systems segment offers systems engineering and integration, technology development, and manufacturing solutions for defense, space, environmental, and energy applications; and designs and manufactures electrochemical energy systems and electronics for military applications.
