Prior to joining Tanger, she spent the majority of her career with Simon Premium Outlets, most recently as Executive Vice President of Property Management guiding eight consecutive years of NOI growth. She is a graduate of Illinois State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Public Relations and Organizational Communication Psychology.
