Néstor Cano is the executive vice president, transformation and chief information and digital officer at T-Mobile. Néstor previously served as chief operating officer at Sprint where he drove expense reductions and strengthened processes to improve the business. He led several areas of the company, including omnichannel operations, information technology, analytics and omnichannel delivery platforms, digital architecture and delivery, customer management, customer experience, leasing, and the product and supply chain.
