Wouleta is an experienced leader with over 20 years in tech, retail, and foodservice industries. Wouleta leads our technology team, which enables sweetgreen to scale the supply chain, restaurant operations, as well as the talent and digital platforms as we grow.
Prior to joining sweetgreen in 2021, Wouleta was SVP of Technology at Starbucks where she was responsible for enabling brand-differentiating capabilities and platforms, including business intelligence and data services, enterprise architecture, emerging technologies and more.
Prior to Starbucks, Wouleta gained 18 years of experience in technology working for several global companies such as the Coca-Cola Company, Hyundai, Attachmate Corporation and Ciba-Geigy pharmaceutical.
Wouleta holds a BS from Cumberland University and a Master's degree from Mercer University.
In her spare time, Wouleta enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters.
