Paul Chamberlain is the president and CEO of PEC Ventures, an investment and financial advisory firm focused on companies in the consumer and business Internet, software, hardware, professional services and communications markets. Additionally, he serves on the boards of public technology companies, TriNet Group, ServiceNow and Veeva Systems.

Previously, he held the position of managing director and co-head of global technology banking for Morgan Stanley. He spent nearly 26 years with the company, leaving in 2015.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He has served as a distinguished visiting professor at Princeton’s Keller Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and he regularly lectures on economics and entrepreneurship at Princeton, Stanford University, the University of Pennsylvania and Santa Clara University
