He served as head of the Banking Division and Leveraged Finance Unit within the Banking and Corporate Finance Group of Chemical Bank and Chairman and CEO of Chase Bank of Texas. Mr. Buckwalter has attended executive management programs at Harvard Business School and the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. He is a Board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (Houston chapter). He is also an avid community volunteer, serving on the Boards of Texas Medical Center and the American Red Cross (Houston chapter). Education - Fairleigh Dickinson University.
