My name is Eddie Lampert, and I am the Chairman and CEO of ESL Investments, an investment partnership that I started in April 1988. I am also the Chairman of the Board of Seritage Growth Properties (SRG), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and Transform Holdings, a private company that purchased substantially all of the assets from the estate of Sears Holdings.

I was formerly the Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation and a member of the board of directors of AutoNation and AutoZone.
