Lynne Caljouw Biography and Net Worth

Lynne Caljouw has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since June 2020. Ms. Caljouw joined Sensata in October 2014 as a Senior Director, Human Resources supporting the Sensors business and was promoted in 2016 to the role of Vice President, Human Resources supporting the Automotive, CTO, HVOR & Control Solutions businesses. In late 2016, her role expanded to include ownership of Talent Acquisition and in 2017 she added Talent Management and HR Services to her responsibilities, bringing oversight to the end-to-end employee experience. In 2018, Ms. Caljouw added HR leadership of the Finance, HR, IT and Legal teams to her responsibilities and in late 2019, she started leading the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS teams.

Before joining Sensata, Ms. Caljouw spent 10 years in various HR leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, her most recent being Senior Director of Human Resources for Home Services including in-home, supply chain and engineering services. Other leadership roles at Sears included Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Acquisition, all within the Home Services segment.

Prior to Sears, Ms. Caljouw worked for The Gillette Company in various roles including Senior Human Resource Advisor, Senior HR representative for Staffing & Development and Senior HR representative for Learning Services which were all global roles. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College, a Master of Science in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
