Del has a track record of successfully leading sales and marketing organizations in all things digital He creatively builds a strategic vision, aligns product opportunities to the vision, creates training and execution plans and implements the strategy with proven experience and success.

At Dexmedia (DXM), as the COO, Del was the driver of the company transition from print to multi-media product strategy. Starting at Dexmedia as the EVP- Sales, he quickly identified opportunities in the marketplace and created a bundled strategy that created over 70M in revenue in the first year. This reversed a negative sales trend and has sustained double digits growth for more than four quarters. His leadership motivated the board to promote him to COO to continue the company transformation.

Prior to Dexmedia, Del was the EVP of sales and marketing for Paychex. (PAYX). Del was recruited by Paychex to lead the transformation of their sales and marketing strategy and organization. He introduced new sales and marketing structures and organizations that increased new customer acquisition by combining digital lead generation and effective call centers. Del created an environment that was open to new ideas, revenue sources and change.
