Wayne M. Withrow is Head of Independent Advisor Solutions by SEI and an Executive Vice President of SEI.

Wayne joined SEI in 1990 as a Vice President in its legal department and since that time has held numerous positions. These roles include Chief Information Officer, responsible for corporate technology, strategy and implementation, and Senior Vice President and Managing Director, responsible for Trust 3000®. Most recently, Wayne served as Executive Vice President of the company’s Investment Manager Services division.

Prior to joining SEI, Wayne practiced corporate law at Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis, specializing in information technology and financial services. Previously, he was a CPA with Deloitte & Touche.

Wayne graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He obtained his law degree from Villanova University's School of Law. Wayne also holds Series 6; 7; 24 and 63 licenses.
