Kathryn is an independent consultant and ﬁnancial advisor to families and family offices globally. She has served on our Board of Directors since 1998. She is the Board’s Lead Independent Director, and a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. With extensive wealth management experience, Kathryn provides insights into many of the markets served by SEI.

Kathryn is also a director and a member of the Audit Committee for the Rockefeller Trust Company, NA and serves on several family office boards, as well as investment committees and private trust company boards.
