Carmen Romeo has served on our Board of Directors since 1979.

He is an independent director and serves as the chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. He is also a member of the Board’s committees for Nominating and Governance, and Legal and Regulatory Oversight.

Carmen was an Executive Vice President at SEI from 1985 to 1996 and served as our Chief Financial Officer from 1979 to 1996. He retired from SEI in 2004. Prior to joining SEI, Carmen was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
