Charles Hunsinger joined as Chief Information Officer for Savers | Value Village in the fall of 2022. He is a senior technology executive with more than 30 years in IT roles and has deep industry expertise in retail, e-commerce, direct marketing/catalog, B2B, and wholesale business models. Charles has held several CIO roles for leading retail and direct marketing organizations. Prior to joining Savers, he was the CIO for the past six years for Oriental Trading Company where he focused on supply chain and eCommerce evolution for the company. Prior to that, he held CIO roles for Harry and David, Musicians Friend/Guitar Center, and Corporate Express/Staples, and also served as the Vice President of Customer Technologies for L.L.Bean.

Across those roles, Charles focused on retail and cross-channel commerce solutions, POS, and other retail and customer-centric solutions. Charles began his career in the consulting industry with Accenture, one of the premier global consulting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Charles has a passion for innovation and building organizations that are resilient and process-driven.
