Mr. Corley has also served as a board member of Neurolenses, Inc. since 2012, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board, and has been a partner at Flying L Partners since 2016. Mr. Corley co-founded eyeonics, Inc. in 1998 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board until the company was sold to Bausch & Lomb, Inc. in February2008. Mr. Corley then served as President of the Surgical Division at Bausch & Lomb following its acquisition of eyeonics, Inc from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Corley also co-founded Chiron Vision Corp., a company focused on the development of LASIK, in 1987 and served as General Manager of the Refractive Surgery Division until December 1997. Mr. Corley received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University.
