Richard Schwartz has been our Chief Executive Officer since August 2021. He co-founded RSI in 2012 and served as our President since inception. Mr. Schwartz is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Schwartz started and led the interactive business for WMS Industries, which in 2010, launched the award-winning UK-facing online casino business, Jackpot Party. Mr. Schwartz has been a leader and innovator in the gaming industry for nearly 20 years, is an inventor on 50 patents, and has a deep understanding of player psychology. Prior to joining the gaming industry, Mr. Schwartz was an executive at Telecom Italia Lab USA (formerly Telecom Italia Ventures) and an intellectual property attorney in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Schwartz graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
