Previously, he served as vice president of business development for the Silicon Valley financial software company, Integral Development Corporation. Before that, he served as VP and head of global emerging markets for J.P. Morgan. Additionally, he was the president of OptEdge and held various management positions at TriStar Market Data, Inc., including leading its Montgomery Securities division.
Boal earned his bachelor’s degree at the State University of New York at Albany.
