Thomas Chow Biography and Net Worth

Thomas Chow is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in technology, legal services, and startup companies. He joined PubMatic as general counsel in 2018, where he oversees the company’s global corporate, commercial, intellectual property and legal affairs.

Prior, he was senior counsel at Snap, a leading camera and social media platform (NYSE: SNAP); general counsel, chief compliance officer & secretary at Exponential Interactive, a global digital media, adtech, and data analytics provider; vice president, general counsel at Vindicia, the leader in enterprise-class SaaS subscription billing (acquired by Amdocs, NASDAQ: DOX); and associate general counsel for TechSoup Global, an international e-commerce enterprise operating in 52 countries. Before practicing law, Thomas served as an IT systems and network administrator for the Community Health Center Network, the University of California at Berkeley, and RCN.

Thomas is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel. He has been a regular speaker at the ACC’s annual conference on topics such as Technology Contracts for Non-tech Attorneys, Preparing for and Surviving a Software Audit, and How to Negotiate Contracts Internally and Externally.

Thomas obtained his bachelor’s degree in sociology, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He loves working with startup founders and currently serves on the board of directors for Cryptsonic Technologies and advisory board for BiBo Labs.
