He joined PSEG in 1991 with overall responsibility for tax planning, strategy and compliance for PSEG Energy Holdings, including domestic and international tax structuring work for PSEG Global and PSEG Resources.
Before joining PSEG, Mr. Cregg spent five years with the accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte and Touche, providing consulting services to a wide range of clients with an emphasis on the energy industry.
Mr. Cregg received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
Mr. Cregg served as chair of the Edison Electric Institute Finance Executive Advisory Board. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
