Mr. Perisich was named Chief Administrative Officer in 2024 and has also served as our Chief Legal Officer since May 2013. He previously served as our Senior Vice President and General Counsel from July 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation beginning in February 2006, and previous to that was Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation and its predecessor, ARB, Inc. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining ARB, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full-service law firm based in Bakersfield, California.
