Pamela Butcher Biography and Net Worth

Pamela R. Butcher serves as an independent director on the Boards of Pilot Chemical Corp, Trecora Resources, and is a member of the US Bank Regional Advisory Board. She is chair of the Nominating Governance committee for Trecora and serves on the Compensation committees at both Trecora and Pilot. Additionally, she serves in a Special Advisor role for the Chairman of Pilot.  For the previous eleven years she was the CEO and President of the Pilot Chemical Corp delivering significant revenue and profit growth along with five accretive acquisitions. Prior to joining Pilot, she worked 29 years for The Dow Chemical Company (now Dow Inc.) where she held a variety of executive leadership positions including Business Vice President of Specialty Chemicals, Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Sales and Vice President and General Manager of Adhesives and Sealants. She was a distinguished recipient of Dow’s Genesis Award for people excellence, which is Dow’s highest recognition for people leadership. Previously, she also served on the board of trustees for the Chemical Educational Foundation, on the Boards of the American Cleaning Institute, the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association and numerous community organizations. Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and a Master of Science Degree from Purdue University. In addition, she is a graduate of the Northwestern University Marketing Executive Program and has participated in the Prince of Wales Sustainability Conference and the Asian Master Class on Asian Business. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and has completed the Director Professionalism® Class.
