Mr. Gomo previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NetApp, Inc., a computer storage and data management company from October 2004 until December 2011, as well as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from August 2002 to September 2004. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Enphase Energy, Inc., a solar energy management device maker, since March 2011 and as its chair of the board since October 2022; a member of the board of directors of Micron Technology, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of semiconductor memory products, since October 2018; and a member of the board of directors of Solaria Corporation, a private provider of advanced solar energy products, since October 2019.
