Mr. Luczo has been a director since October 2019. He is a Managing Partner at Crosspoint Capital Partners, L.P. Mr. Luczo served as Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology plc from 2002 until July 2020, continuing as director through October 2021. From October 2017 to October 2018, he also served as Executive Chairman, and prior to that, he served two tenures as Seagate’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Mr. Luczo joined Seagate in October 1993 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In September 1997, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Seagate Technology, Inc. (Seagate Technology plc’s predecessor) and in July 1998, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Luczo resigned as CEO in July 2004 but retained his position as Chairman of the Board. In January 2009, Mr. Luczo was again appointed CEO by the board. Prior to joining Seagate in 1993, Mr. Luczo was Senior Managing Director of the Global Technology Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from February 1992 to October 1993. Mr. Luczo is also a member of the board of AT&T Inc. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for All-Stars Helping Kids, a senior advisor to non-profit educational organization the Silicon Valley Japan Platform and is active in a variety of charitable and for-profit ventures through a wholly owned entity, Balance Vector, Inc.
