Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he established UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles. Before UBS, Jeff was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Jeff began his investment banking at PaineWebber.

Jeff holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia, a Board Member of the UCLA Health System and Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Jeff also serves on The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) Board of Directors.
