Megan Lyon is our Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, where she heads our enterprise strategy team and oversees our extensive technology organization – covering dealer tools, applications, infrastructure, user experience, AI transformation and more. She combines valuable insight into the priorities and investments across our business, with a deep understanding of the value in digital transformation.

Building on her demonstrated experience leveraging technology to enable our enterprise priorities and fuel growth, Megan and her teams collaborate across our business to optimize product portfolios, drive new business innovation, and align our technology use to support and implement MillerKnoll priorities around the globe.

Megan’s work is also informed by her significant insight into our collective and its individual brands. Prior to her current role and preceding the MillerKnoll merger, Megan began her career journey at Herman Miller in 2019, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors for HAY, a position she has held since 2021.

Megan holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
