Tiffanie Boyd Biography and Net Worth

As McDonald’s Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer, Tiffanie Boyd is responsible for establishing the talent, organization, and culture strategies to deliver successful business outcomes.  She leads the company’s global people function with a remit that includes Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, DEI, Culture and Organization Effectiveness.

Tiffanie joined McDonald’s in January 2021, where she most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for McDonald’s USA. In this role, she led the people function for the U.S. business and was accountable for people strategy, alignment, talent management, performance management, leadership development and DEI.  Under her leadership, the U.S. System has reached record levels of restaurant crew retention, engagement, leadership training and roster size.  

Tiffanie joined McDonald’s after almost 23 years with General Mills. There, she served as Vice President, Human Resources, for North America Retail and led initiatives to upgrade talent, transform the organization design, drive culture change, and improve employee engagement across the largest business segment of General Mills. She also has extensive global experience as she took on a variety of HR leadership roles within Global Supply Chain, the Foodservice segment, and the Canada Business Units. Notably, she held a US-based international role focused on leadership and culture development to align businesses outside the U.S. that had joined General Mills as a result of the Pillsbury acquisition.   

Tiffanie holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan Ross Business School and currently serves on the Sanger Leadership Center Advisory Board at Ross. Tiffanie is also a member of the Board of Directors for Thrive Scholars. She lives in Chicago, IL with her husband and two sons.
