Mr. Buss retired as the Chief Financial Officer of SolarCity Corporation in 2016 and prior served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Cypress Semiconductor from 2005 to 2014. Earlier in his career, Mr. Buss held financial leadership roles with Altera Corporation, VEBA Electronics and Wyle Electronics.
