Previously, Mondano was Vice President – Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Kellogg, a global leader in the package food space in Michigan, U.S.. Prior to Kellogg, he was Vice President - Finance and Corporate Controller at The Manitowoc Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing in products for global food service and construction industries. In this role, Mondano was responsible for the enterprise reporting and accounting function, enterprise FP&A and the overall finance function of one of the two business segments, a $1.5B cranes segment.
Prior to The Manitowoc Company, Mondano spent more than 11 years with global accounting services firm PwC, in the Philippines, the U.K. and the U.S. He previously held positions in Phillips Semiconductors and The Bank of the Philippine Islands, as a cost accountant and commercial lender, respectively.
Mondano earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of San Carlos in his native country of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and the Philippines.
