Professional Background: Mr. Ellin has served as our Chairman (or Executive Chairman prior to September 1, 2017) of our board of directors since September 2011 and as our Chief Executive Officer (or President prior to September 1, 2017) since September 2011. Prior to founding Atlantis Equities, Mr. Ellin worked in Institutional Sales at LF Rothschild and was Manager of Retail Operations at Lombard Securities.
