Jon Rambeau is President of the Integrated Mission Systems segment at L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for the business strategy, financial performance and growth of the segment, which includes an extensive portfolio of solutions including autonomy, sensor systems in all domains, air special missions and a broad family of maritime mission systems. With more than 17,000 employees around the world, Integrated Mission Systems delivers these national security technologies for the United States and allies.
Before joining L3Harris, Rambeau served as Vice President and General Manager of Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors for Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems business. There, he led missile defense, radar, shipbuilding, directed energy and combat system integration programs.
Rambeau began his career as a mechanical engineer with Lockheed Martin as part of its Operations Leadership Development Program. He held various leadership roles across business and program management, technology, engineering and operations during his 26 years with the company.
His previous executive roles at Lockheed Martin include Vice President of the C6ISR line of business where he managed undersea, cyber, electronic warfare and command and control capability delivery, Vice President and General Manager of the Training and Logistics Solutions line of business, and Vice President of F-35 International Programs, where he successfully delivered the first international aircraft to the United Kingdom and expanded the program to include Israel and Japan.
Rambeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in technology management from the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Engineering and Applied Science.
